got sony ericsson and full internet,how can i transform it into dongle router for my laptop

Does the phone come with PC companion software? Install it and search for the internet connectivity option. Alternatively, if the phone has WLAN, install the JoikuSpot app and will with transform the phone in a wlan access point.
