Unzip the file and use a data cable( infrared, bluetooth or usb) or card erader to send the data to you're phone. and then open it using any file manager(File Mngr, Fexplorer, etc) or use UnMakeSis to install the file directly on you're MMC.
And free_gsmx, thank's for the program. Y was looking for this type of software for ages, and none found till now proved to be any good.
