SX1 contact the retailer

hi all
i have very strange sx1. it shows error on startup "startup failed contact the retailer". it came to me with the tespoint resistor removed, so winswup flashing is not possible. i tried to flash different versions of fullflashes in it with sst 5.31 cracked and martech 8.6 original with no success. the problem still remains. then i tried to flash full v7 with freia. phone started OK but no network!! and one more interesting thing - version shown via *#0000# is always 10, but martech shows 7, 14,15 etc, the version of fullflash i flashed in.
please help, how to revive the mobile??
 
i think i need to restore testpoint and to flash the mobile with winswup and maps, but did someone test it? and what is the way to restore tespoint? ( i do not have resistor, it was removed )
 
Mesure the resistore from other pcb and put one with the same valve to your board where it is missing,

sorry but i don't have another board to check, can you help me with the value ? i tried to make a wire connection instead of the resistor. i succeded to flash i-core using winswup and COM cable from x55 series. but it still cannot enter SWUP mode, i'm sure i need to place resistor to make it enter SWUP mode.
 
Sry, but I also have no SX1 PCB.

And it is no good idea to short circuit the resistor!

Try with 10k Resistor. Maybe it will help you.
 
thanks i will try it. does it really cannot enter swup mode without resistor? or there is some other problem??
 
i tried to repair my sx1 using your advice according 10k resistor, but it didn't help i still cannot put it into SWUP mode...can you help me?
 
Use Winswup and flash egold (need serail cable)

After flashing egold try to start the phone in swup mode
 
egold flashed OK but still cannot enter SWUP mode. i've tried to use solution with shunting 2 resistors (availaible on martech support forum) and....no SWUP mode but now my phone works OK! no more contact retailer, it works ok....i cannot find why ...
 
phone is dead again it sometimes works, sometimes does'nt...still cannot find solution to repair it. network signal is full on display but i cannot make a call, after i charged it no network at all i tried to rehot cpu, dialog, flash, ram, reballing it with no success. no SWUP mode available, i think it is software problem....any ideas guys ?
 
some others say that the resistor is about 13kohm,15kohm.
if you have tp you definetely can`t enter swup.
for swup (except egold) you need an x65 cable, not a x55 one.
 
Could any1 help me out how to flash SX1 egold part via com port? I mean about the software? Cable, i guess i could use c55 com cable. Please help me out. Thanks
