when we talk about full flashing via com port then we are talking only for e-gold part of the phone.the other part is omap(symbian part) and this can be flashed only via usb,and when you are doing that you are flashing all the omap area.
i thing problem is harware

Just Fed Up with this Phone

I Full Flash it also
then Also Update it with Winswups ( ver 7 , 13, 14, 15 )

Problem is same
in lower Version it says Contact The Retailer 5)


When Upgrade Contact The Retailer 7)


i don't understand what to do with this Fuking phone

i try update with winswup via com1,its the same .

Pssst: Could the problem by with your SIM card? The simcard could have some problems with new phone(old sim card.)
 
first full flash with freia 15 my be you will need test point

after that flash with winswup with original usb SX1 cable

that will solve problem 100% i made it 10 times

MY PHONE is with not original batery
Do you thing solution is to change a battery with original one
this can remove this message

But this phone stuck

I do all the Possible things MAN !!!

I read somewhere that i have to Flash with Winswup ver 12

Unfortunately I don't have that that Firmware .
 
I have the siemens A55 dead I want to flash them to get back in work again
Can anybady help me please to flash them with right flash files and software??

i have the same problem with SX1...it always shows the eye and then contact retailer 5 or 7....what can i do???like u all i flash the phone i do winswup,i format...and same...

you need to flash it with martech if no format it there is two solution for contact retailer...........
 
no way..martek sucks at SX1..he canot do full flash..you have to use Winswup....
Go Here and take verion u need...There are two posibilities....Old winswup-best cozz you can downgrate, and oficial siemens update-here if u have new verion already on the phone but old software-u can't flash....

For flashing u will ned usb cable, drivers must be in the winswup package....

I write all this because u are so nice, always helping ppl...thanks for all help, hope i also help u....
