Swollen Lymph Nodes

hi guys
quick question,

this morning i woke up with very swollen lymph nodes in
my throat, trouble swallowing, red streaks all over my neck
and alot of pain in my jaw. i was recently put on prednisone
for a moderate allergic reaction and i've read that it can inable
infections. so i was wondering if this is something i should be
worrying about?
