Hello,

I have had a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck for almost 3 years. It moves around, I had a CT done on it, and it came up as just infection. But it has been a couple of years now and it is STILL there. The Dr. said as long as I can move it around then I should not worry. But recently, I was diagnosed with HPV and I read that it can cause oral cancer. Should I be concerned that this is what it is?
 
I'm not sure how a CT would be able to determine that is just an infection. The fact that has been there for 3 years and you are fine makes me think it is OK. I would listen to your Dr. If they suspected anything worse, I am sure they would have biopsied by now.
