I'm new on here and wrote this somewhere else, don't know where it went.. Anyway, hope you all are having a good day.
Went and had a mammogram on Aug 12. The tech told me it was going to hurt because I have dense breasts.. While she was doing it I asked her if my boob was going to pop.. She said just breath and it won't hurt some much. I got home and they were swelled up like a balloon.. The right a lot worse than the left.. I took pain meds for a couple of weeks and then went to the doctor and he told me to take 800mg if iburphon 3 time a day for 2 weeks with a heating pad.. I did that and they are still pretty sore and I have to wear a bra all of the time. Do you think this it tissue damage? Will the pain go away? I have another appt. on Oct 11. What kind of test should I ask for to see what damage has been done?
