okay so me and my sister want to switch phones
she has the env3 and i have envtouch, does this cost money to switch, and can we transfer like contacts/photos ect to each others phones at the store?
If you do not already have the new mandatory data on your phones it is unlikely you can switch without having it added to your plan. The store would transfer service for you (possibly adding a $10 data pack per month) but would charge a fee in many cases to do a phone book transfer.
