Switching to sprint

Ok I'm a current Nextel customer but switching to sprint In June,should I get the rzr v3m or the samsung that looks like a rzr.

the samsung one that looks like a razr. i had that phone, and the battery would be close to dead at the end of the day after maybe an hour and a half of talk time throughout the day.

Well I called sprint today and I emailed customer support both of them said I wouldn't have to pay hte ETF,I saved the email that said I wouldn't and If I get to the store and they say I have to pay the ETF I'll break out the email.
