I'm going to jump from Rogers to Bell shortly and was since I know Bell's customer service isn't highly regarded I was wondering if you guys had any tricks to get the best bang for my buck and satisfaction.

I'll be getting internet and TV...live in downtown Toronto in a condo.

I plan on purchasing the 9241 DVR...have my HD channels picked out, etc. Am I better off buying through Bell or should I purchase at a big box store (I see The Source has a good deal) and having them activate it upon installation?

Also, am I better off arranging everything through one of the Bell stores or calling them and setting it up. I've heard horror stories about their customer service.

Thanks

If the Condo is fitted with the Bell TV Stacked System, 1 line into a suite to feed a Dual Tuner HD PVR is fine.
