I have been on Zoloft for two years. I recently (two weeks ago) went from 125mg's to 150mg's because I was experiencing increased anxiety and panic attacks. I have been on 150mg's for two weeks and am still experiencing dizziness/lightheadedness and I just feel blah.

My doctor has suggested that perhaps I switch to another med. I was on Lexapro before and had good results from it.

However, I weaned off of the Lexapro slowly and was med free for a year before I went on the Zoloft. I'm scared to switch meRAB. How is it done? Will I go through withdrawls from the Zoloft?
I am assuming it'll get worse before it gets better?
I'm really looking for some advice.

I had good luck with Lorazapam with my anxiety.I don't need it now,but I know it is handy if I need it.I know two females who take it on a regular basis, and I don't believe they are addicted, and each weighs 100 ponRAB less than me.It is a controlled substance,
but it has been a goRABend for us.The Dr. will use a Gov't form to write the med,but that was the only diff. Best of luck....Bill

They wean you off and star you on the next med for me, if the new works you will feel no withdrawal. I hope the new drug works for you . celexa and klonipin is what I take for anxiety. I take many more for bp. good luck
