Switching from Sidekick to Blackberry...which plan do I want?

Right now I have a Sidekick. I will be buying a Blackberry 8320 tomorrow off of craigslist. Right now with my sidekick I have 600 Whenever Minutes, unlimited nights and weekends, and full Sidekick service with unlimited internet/texts/etc... I pay $70 a month.

So which Blackberry plans should I be looking at if I want basically the same thing I have on my sidekick? I need unlimited texts, nights and weekend minutes, and internet and email access. Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks!
 
well unlimited data is 19.99 dollars for blackberry
600 min is 39.99
unlimited texts and pics is 14.99 so that would come out to be 74.99 u would end up paying a bitmore then the sidekick but i think its worth the change hope this helped!!
 
If you want more bang for your buck, I suggest this plan.

1000 minutes (no nights and weekend)
Unlimted Data
Unlimited Text messaging (MMS not included) $5 extra for 400 mms I think
You can also add the @home hotspot since your gettin the 8320
 
There are also the MyFaves plans, if you want to take full advantage of all your features! The 600 plan is $49.99, plus the $19.99 BB add-on and the $14.99 unlimited text...

It'd be a few dollars more, but it'd pay off in the long run for you!
 
I don't mind spending an extra 10 to 15 bucks a month. I'm just worried I'm gonna set everything up and then someone will tell me "Oh, you can't go on the internet because you didn't get THIS plan" or "You can only send 9 texts per years because you got THIS plan".

Also, since I'm not getting the phone from a store, can I just switch my plan online and everything will kick in (relatively) immediately? Thanks!
 
if you do it on the internet it doesnt take effect until your next billing cycle, you need to call customer service...i have a direct number so you dont have to sit on hold if you'd like

Two nice plans depending on your minute usage, you can m2m for $6.99 which could be worth it if you have lots of T-mobile friends....
 
you don't have to change your entire plan if you don't want to all you have to do is ask to remove the sidekick feature and add the blackberry feature then however many sms/mms you think you need. 400 for $4.99, 1000 for $9.99 or unlimited for $14.99. your minutes can stay the same that way you don't have to change or extend your contract!!
