switching from optus to telstra prepaid mobile?

a while ago i was with telstra prepaid mobile, but then i bought a new phone which was on optus,( it was prepaid)
now i want to switch back to telstra prepaid. I've still got my old telstra sim card and old number.
Step by step instructional is all i need. thanks. :) x
