Switch from Sprint to Cricket Help!

Hi is it possible to switch a Sprint HTC Touch Pro to Cricket, even though the Touch Pro has an active nuraber with Sprint (The phone isn't lost/stolen or have an unpaid bill) can't seem to get in touch with owner so she can cancel her account with Sprint. Would this be a problem to get activated on the Cricket Network. I'm selling the phone on eBay because I'm still with Sprint and couldn't setup the phone on Sprint. So I wanted to make sure I can sell the phone and have it be able to be activated on another carrier. So far the high bidder is located in Fresno and wants to activate the phone though Cricket.

I did unlock the phone and put Dream's 1.2 ROM on the phone.

Even though there is an active Sprint account on phone the phone can still be used on Cricket's Network. The buyer will have to load a Cricket PRL file (probably 1013) and change the MDN and MIN settings.
 
Thank you so much I've been racking my brain hoping I can salvage the money I spent on a phone I can't use. I loaded PRL 1040, do you think that would be able to work as well?
 
It'll work. But the Touch Pro has EVDO so 1013 would take advantage of that. MDN and MIN setting still have to be configured and for your customer to change those you have to get the SPC code to access the configuration menu.
