Switch contacts onto another phone for verizon?

i have two activated phones, one mine and my dads and we need to change contact lists. can u please help me?
 
Did you have Backup Assistant on the phones before? If you did you would have to cancel the old subscription first then download the program again and you will be all set. If you do not want to do that then stores have information transfer machines.
 
um you can take it to the Verizon store and they can download it to the other phone off their computer i think
 
You can normally bluetooth them back and forth from the contacts menu in the phone depending on what types of phones they are. Normally you can: go into contacts- options- send contact- via bluetooth. Trading contact lists is kind of tricky but most cellular providers have machines like cellbright boxes that can do it for you.
