Switch betwen Wi-Fi and Softick PPP

Does anyone know of a quick and easy way to switch between a WiFi connection and Softick PPP? Right now if I'm at work and want to get something via Softick PPP and my PC (via the cradle), I need to go into pref's and switch the connection to Softick PPP (and then not forget to switch it back to WiFi).

Any easier way?
