Swing set promblems help?

My swing set has bolt tht come up when the swing set tilts what can I do to keep them in i tryed wood did no work. The only thing that works is when a fat person sits on the other swing.
 
If you're talking about the "legs" of the swing set,
they should be in concrete or anchored into the ground somehow.

If you're talking about the teeter-totter,
You could put some sandbags on the other seat to balance the weight.
But it's much funner with a friend.
