what is swimmy head? and is there any way to stop it ? what cases it ?

My dadddy is going though the same thing ,with his beinginning in a fog and being dizzy , he has not been to the doctor yet but i wish that he would go becase it has gone on for the past two weekenRAB and now i am getting worried about him he is in his 60 's ,and i don't wont anything bad happing to him , can some body help with this . PLEASE i need my daddy to be here for as long as he can be . anybody some body PLEASE HELP HIM
 
There are a LOT of things that could cause dizziness, anything from being hungry to an ear infection to something quite serious. There's no possible way I could tell why your father is dizzy, but if it's been going on for a while now with no obvious cause, he should get it checked out.
