swelling anb blotchy

i have been in and out of the e.r. 3 times and to an allergist and they dont know whats wrong. first time, rash all up and down my left arm and back then my lips swelled up to where i could barely talk.. the next week, my eyes completely swelled shut, could not see. today, my neck is swollen and my left heel so its hard to walk and i have red itchy blotches all over my body, esp arms neck and back. HELP!!!!!!!
 
What testing have they done? And have they put you on steroiRAB or an antihistamine? If an allergy, which it may not be, it sounRAB like it could be a food one or perhaps a contact one from a new soap, cream, etc.
