Hello! i know how hard it can be to have a bf in the armed forces. My bf is in the army. he spent almost a year over seas. It was never easy when he was over there, and not home. i tried my best to stay positive; to keep his moral up. Here are some of the things that i did. I told him i loved him( which is important!), and how proud i was of him for going. Also I tried to treat him as if he was home. like he was just a few minutes away, keeping him informed on what was going on at home. it wasn't easy, not even by a long shot!! Try to send all of your love and joy to him!! open ur heart and put it on paper. just try not to sound to depressed, it could lower his moral (trust me he needs to keeps his hopes up as high as he can. it can get VERY hard to be away from home for so long.)
