Sweet Sixteen. Techno Dance Party Ideas?

It's gonna be outside at night. And there is gonna be glowsticks and stobe lights and techno music. And I want people to dance and stuff. What else could I do other than that? They are gonna be coming over at like 6 (before it gets dark) to have food and cake and presents and social time. But when the sun goes down (around 8) Im gonna bust out the glow sticks and lights and techno music. I just dont know what else I could do for the last hour or so when it's dark other than dance. Any ideas?
