Sweden verses Switzerland?

Why do I get those two country's confused? is it because they both start with an S? are they even close to each other in terms of on a plastic globe/map? When ever I think about peaceful country's I tie those two country's together along with Norway and Ice land and Greenland.. You know how America and Canada share the same "vibe" if you will/ That's how I see Sweden and Switzerland. Some kind of people, shy, dont like drama, very peaceful. someone help me out please lol
