Sweaty Hands \ Palms?

Ok, please dont tease me i have had enough of that while im at school. My hands sweat constanly when im writing and that it's so annoying, my pages get wet and my teachers yell at me for getting my stuff wet im embrassed when people notice my hands are wet or that ive left a wet hand print behind. Sometimes it happens when im reading or when im writing or when im holding something small

Please i dont want anything like buy a book and do the tips it has. I want home remedies!!! Also i want to try the ice tea trick by putting your hands in it will it work??? or am i just wasting my time?
