Hello everyone,

It took me now quite a while to find a forum I could share my problem with.

Well so I was in australia for 5 years..over there in summer time it can get pretty hot like up to 45 degrees and me being a european I sweat, nothing bad but overtime there I kinda started sweating for other unexplainable reasons.

Well now I returned to my home country switzerland and we have now summer but not as hot as there so I thought my heating problems dissapear, which aint true.

I am naturally a fast normal walker, I walk a bit faster then others and with time when I walk a certain small distance my hand starts to get like sticky, even when I am at home playing a game or watching a movie and it is normal temperatures at home, my hands get kinda sticky, like no moisture and my forehead is sweating.

When I walk my body is like in a overheating mode,I am very warm and people are suprised that even in winter I am like an mobile microwave walking around, and I feel very warm.

A really embarrassing example was last week,I drank alcohol on friday night, on saturday I went into a shop,10 minute walk I arrived there and of a sudden my forehead starts like raining water,my sister came and told me as of why I am sweating so much, I could not answer that question, maybe to much sold in my body? I dont know.

Now even every day I go out even if I go with my mum around in the city,I sweat on my forehead, inside shops it is even worse,I heat up,my body heats up and I start sweating again on my forehand.

When I talk to people I start sweating on my forehead.

The guy in the shop looked weird at me cause I was wishing water from my forehead.

I am worried something might be wrong with me??

Is it bad? Its good for all the toxic to go out but the rest?

I am afraid, someone please help me, I am getting sick of sweating everywhere I go :(:(:(:(:(:(:(

You should be checked by a doctor because excessive sweating might possibly be due to diabetes, thyroid, etc. Most of us with sweating problems though never know the cause. It is a condition called hyperhidrosis. We can sweat buckets in cold weather. A lot of times anxiety makes it worse. The places we sweat excessively are hands, underarms, face and feet. There is also generalized hyperhidrosis where we can sweat from our torso or groin area.

There are many remedies available which help to lessen the embarrassing sweat. Once you know there is no medical condition causing you to sweat, then start researching hyperhidrosis. Caution: be very, very leery of ETS surgery. There are many side effects which could make your problems much worse.

Well thank you so much for your kind reply, I appreciate it :)

I will get to it and see what I can find out,but yes the most sweatie parts are my hands at times become like sticky moist, but not always but my forehead is a problem even in colder temperatures.

I will see what I can do about because I have to wait another month till I can go and see a doctor.

Thank you :)
