suzuki rm125 leaks oil?

i have a 2003 suzuki rm125 and it leaks oil around the drain plug. we put a new gasket on it but it still finds its way around the screw and drips off the plug. it lost about 5 oz of oil from one day of riding. i don't know what the problem is
 
If in fact it is coming through, maybe this gasket you put on is wrong, is if its rubber or anything really, if its too tight, it will make its way around as well. By it's self the drain plug should seat smoothly by its self, considering its a newer suzy; so maybe its damaged or its striped alitte and sideways.
