Suzuki GS500F GS500 Brake / Stop / Tail light won't lit?

I just noticed that my brake/stop/tail light stopped working yesterday, today I spent 40 minutes trying to find the problem but I couldn't, the wires seem to be fine, the bulbs looks alright too.

The funny thing is, when I depress the front lever, the bulbs brightens up just a tiny little bit which you can hardly notice at all unless you look very closely and that isn't normal, and when I depress the rear brake nothing would happen at all.

I checked all wires and nothing seem to be blown or disconnected.

Can someone with experience tell me what could possibly be wrong? Both front and rear brake levers lights up the brake lights perfectly fine until yesterday.
I checked the wires near the fender and they all seem fine, and what's hot wire?
 
Check the ground wire back at the tail light to frame/fender connection.If corroded or loose that could stop the brake light from coming on all the way.Also if the hot wire is touching ground that could also cause the bulb to burn dimmer than normal.
