Suzuki forenza wiper fluid pump location/access?

Im having trouble with my wiper fluid, its not working, and i want to inspect the wiring at the pump to check for power, and possibly replace the pump if necessary. I also want to check hose connections at the pump.

I don't know where the pump is!!! Where is it and how can i access it?

Also, what circuit is the pump on so that i can verify the fuse hasn't blown for some reason, im assuming its on the same circuit as the wiper mechanism, since the wipers and pump never operate at the same time.

I suspect that it may be in the drivers side front quarter panel, if it is, will i have to remove all of the iner fender well in addition to the outer metal painted quarter panel to access it?
The model year is 05,06,07 with mine being an 06
