Two weeks ago my bike started despite the cold. Now it's warmer out and the battery is dead. I am handicapped and can not get to the battery because I understand you nearly have to disasembe the bike. There must be a SIMPLE way for such a simple problem. So...can I jump this thing to any wires that may be acceptable? Or what?

You only have to remove the seats. Not too big of a problem. While you've got them off pick up a trickle charger or battery tender. You can install the leads on the posts and you have wont have to remove the seats for charging again.

Access to the battery is 3 bolts.

1. Remove rear bolt securing pillion seat.
2. Remove pillion seat.
3. Remove 2 bolts under pillion seat that secure strap assembly and driver seat.
4. Remove driver seat
5. charge or replace battery.

With a C50T, you might have the additional step of removing the sissy bar in order to be able to remove the pillion seat. I have to with my C50 w/ the sissy bar and luggage rack add-on.
