Suzuki Bandit Wont Start?

Hi guys, I am new here.

What I have:

1998 Suzuki Bandit 1200 w/o fairing
Approx. 18,000 miles on the bike

So I tried started my bike up after it sat for a few months in a parking lot, and it wont ignite. The bike sat for maybe 2 months outside where it would get below freezing on some nights (I live in Florida). I had the bike moved to my garage a few weeks ago.

Symptoms: I press the start button with the bike in neutral and the clutch pulled in and the starter turns the engine, but the engine won’t start. I’ve tried the choke, priming the line, opening the throttle. I still can’t get the bike to start. I tried to starting it many many times.
The plugs are good. Every plug fires. One of my first thoughts where the coil packs were bad- but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I’ve removed the fuel tank to get easier access to the motor (and drained all the ‘bad gas’ out of the tank). I’ve tried spraying starter fluid directly into the cylinder (by removing the air filters and opening up the carburetor). This does not work! A later attempt I sprayed a generous amount of carburetor cleaning directly into each carburetor as well as the main fuel line. Nothing. I am thinking that the carburetor may be gunked up with varnish and sediment, but I don’t know.

I am running out of ideas to get my bike up and running. I would appreciate any comments which maybe helpful.
hi.. its not flooded. well it may get to that point sometimes when I am trying to start it, but during the week when it sits the gasoline should evaporate, especially since i removed the fuel tank
Also I cleaned the plugs, and many starting attempts the bikes battery was augmented with a charged car battery
