Survey on prop 8(please answer)?

I would like to know if support prop 8 or if u don't. (If u would like please list your reasons. If u don't care, can't pick a side, not sure just list your opinions.

I wholeheartedly opposed prop 8. It's just wrong to keep any specific group of people from having the sme legal rights as everyone else. PERIOD. In the 60's it was the blacks, in the 20's the Irish and slowly, this country overcame those prejudices. Even women were denied the riught to vote until they fought for that right. So now it's gay people. Gay people are exactly the same as everyone else. They want to be happy and have families like everyone else. It does not degrade any one else's marriage at all.
 
Do you mean prop 8 in California? What is the content of prop 8? (If I am correct, I know - and maybe most in the US will also know, but there are some who could probably use a little more explanation)

Personally, I am very grossed out when I go anywhere near thinking of myself in a gay relationship. The thought of a lesbian relationship is not that serious.

With regards to marriage rights, I personally think that marriage needs to be reserved to that between one man and one wife. I don't see how not allowing same sex marriages reduces anyone's rights.
