Survey: Do you agree with 2 people getting tested for HIV before dating each other?

I'm the type of person where if you want to be with me, we both have to get tested before we start dating. Why waste time on a person if when finding out about them later on down the line you won't want to be with them anymore because of a deadly sexually transmitted disease?

Thanks in advance for those of you who answer. Also, no offense to anyone who's been affected by this illness.
