Just wanted to let you all know that my surgery is scheduled for 6:30 tomorrow morning so this will be my last message for awhile. We are leaving here at 4:00 tomorrow morning and hopefully every thing will be on schedule. I hope the surgery will go as scheduled but the only thing that could put a crimp in it is the osteoporosis. I am ready for this to be over but also anxious. I am having the last part of my procedure which is the Posterior Lurabar Interbody Fusion and my abdominal incision really looks good now. Please say some prayers for me because I am a nervous wreck because I know how I have felt these past few weeks from the first surgery. I know everything will be okay but just the normal jitters. My granddaughters came over tonight and I totally forgot the "rule" no lifting more than a cup of coffee and I picked the youngest one up (she weighs 24 lbs). My son and daughter-in-law gasped when I did it but I just forgot. I will be so glad to be able to get my life back and enjoy my grandchildren again.
I hope everyone is doing okay and hopefully pain free. I will try and get back to you all as soon as possible and give you all the good news on my recovery.
Hugs to everyone
Linda
