Surgery to change head shape

DKD...have you ever considered that you might have body dysmorphic disorder? DMD is a psychological disorder where a person is preoccupied with a part of the body that seems weird or mis-shapen or even ugly to them but quite normal to others. People with DMD are willing to go through life threatening surgeries to get that body part changed or removed.

Kind of sounds like what you are asking for and describing.

This needs the treatment of a therapist to figure why you have picked this particular part of your body to focus so much of your attention on. You are doing this for reasons other than your head being a little too wide.

Please consider a consult with a therapist or psychiatrist to make sure this isn't what is happening to you before it gets worse and you find yourself doing things to your head to change it.

You worry me.

I dont think anyone has mentioned any surgical remedy for his issue. It would be filled with risk that surgeons do not consider for cosmetic purposes.

I know I've been a little over the top with my complaining, but I've actually found out the cause of the problem. The size and shape I can live with. I didn't think I could, but I've snapped myself out of it. I know someone else with it worse off than me, and he's a great guy. I know I'm not alone. It's my hairline that's messed up. I know that it can be corrected, so I can be a little happier now. I just need to find out when I can get it done.
