Surgery not to look mean and wicked in photo?

Is there a surgery where you have that will improved your look not make you look mean and wicked in photo. People say I have big eyes but when I smile, I tend to have that mean wicked look in photo. Which I hate so much. Maybe its the eyebrows that makes the mean expression. Help! please no bad comments!! I'm not insecure just need suggestions!!
