plenty of movies have been all the better for the inclusion of a four-wheeled character.

in some (like The Love Bug or The Yellow Rolls Royce or Chitty Chitty Bang Bang) the car is an integral part of the film.

here are some memorable ones:

which cars stand out for you?
 
We named our last car Christine on account of the fact she had a mind of her own at times.
Windows opened & shut on their own, seat belts jammed tight. Once the dashboard glowed & dimmed twice as if it was breathing.
Glad she's gone.
