I am so excited.

I'm excited by the story, but not the actor. He looks like a kid about to go trick-or-treating or a fancy dress party. They should have got Tom Welling at whatever cost.

Small problem with Tom Welling, he's pretty but his acting is not that great. He does do better with a very experienced cast. However as Superman is supposed to be imposing and all that, his lack of acting skills would have shown starkly on the big screen if he was cast as Superman. He is ok at the Big Dumb Alien that is Clark Kent in Smallville but he is no Superman.

Same here, i grw up with chris as supes. But that doesn't mean the whole franchise should stop, maby Routh will be the superman for this generation.
