What sunscreen have you used on your face that doesn't make you break out? I tried Peter Thomas Roth spf 30 and it caused my skin to break out badly. What have you tried? Thanks.
My derm just told me about Neutrogena SPF 55 with Helioplex. I started using it only a couple of days ago, and I like it. Not greasy, light coverage. HTH.
I saw a derm on tv say that people with acne should not put anything that is white and creamy on their faces, so that includes most sunscreens. Instead look for a gel or spray. To be honest i don't know if this is true, i still have ance and i don't put any white cream stuff on my face.
Hi, the only face sunscreen I have found that doesn't make me break out is Aveeno Ultra Calming SPF15 moisturizer. Not a very high SPF unfortunately, but at least it doesn't make me break out.
My derm recommended that I look into Vanicream. That it is really light and has NO additives in it. They have a website. He said that most pharmacies can also get it for you (You don't need an RX for it though).
I haven't tried it because right now I'm just fighting to clear up my skin. If that happens, then I'll look more into a sunscreen.
