Sumsung E900 V's Nokia N80

Hi there guys,

Its time for my annual free upgrade with O2 and am having a tough choice choosing myself another model.

I currently have a Samsung E720 which tbh has been a nice phone, but if the upgrade is free then why the hell not! Before that was another Samsung, this time a E700 then various Nokia?s until the latest one which was quite frankly??.naff!

The two models ive been sniffing at is the Sumsung E900 and the Nokia N80. It looks like the spec on the N80 is much better than the E900 but having two good samsung?s has swayed me over to the dark side.

A few pointers that will help my influence

-????I would like it to play MP3?s as a ringtone but vibrate at the same time (something my E720 does not do)
-????I notice they both take mini SD cards, what is the size limit of these? Also what is the costs involved, presuming they are different to normal SD cards?
-????Mini SD card compatibility, will any old SD card work?
-????Finally Tom Tom, I believe the N80 will allow me to install and use it, will the E900 do so too?

no.. e900 won't allow u to install tom tom onto it.

you can use almost any type of ringtone for the nokia n80, including sms!! and that you cant do on the e900. The camera on the n80 is 3mp but the quality of the pictures are not as good as the samsung, which has 2mp. You can use a 2gb on the n80 and 1gb on the samsung

I think the e900 does NOT ring + vibe at the same time.

Will the Nokia N80's 3G work on Cingular's 3G?

As far as I know, it will not work with Cingular's 3G network.

also e900 does not take mini SD
takes MICRO SD

i'd take the N80 for sure..WIFI!!!
