I had two detectives come to my house and show me a picture of a girl who's face could not be seen. And they were telling me I was the girl in the photo. Seriously, it was not me. She had blonde hair. I have dark brown. It was strange. Well six months later and I have a letter come in the mail and I've been summoned to appear in court. Someone under oath said I committed the crime of RETAIL THEFT. This is crazy. I'm ok though, it's not me. But getting finger prints and the photos is going to be a little odd. Who would lie under oath? Any tips for me? I'm clueless to this court and crime thing. My rights?
