I go to a 4 year university for regular school time, but now i go to a community college for summer school to get some GE credits for my university school, so i can graduate faster and take lesser class during university. However, I have to pay for the summer class. I went there try to apply for a free wavier for my summer class, but my income exceeded a couple thousand, and that lady told me to apply for fafsa, which I did back in Feb 2009 or Feb 2008, whichever she referring. Am I suppose to apply for fafsa again? That lady seemed like she insisted me to apply for fafsa again. What should I do?
