The previews for Hellboy look quite good actually.

I have no intent to see it in theatres, but maybe when it hits DVD.

Iron Man is probably one of the best summer flicks of all time! That movie blew me away! :thud:

THE DARK KNIGHT!-i am so excited....its coming out on my birthday and i'm going that night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The movies I'm looking forward are Tropic Thunder, The Dark Knight and The X Files movie!

 I just never did, not sure why. One my best friends says his childhood was Indiana Jones. I guess I missed that fandom.

By the way, Iron Man rocked. One of the best Summer movies this year for sure! It already broke the to $300M mark worldwide.

I don't see anything wrong with a Heath dedication in one movie premiere anyway.

I have to admit I didn't want to see Dark Knight as much as before as now but I did want to see the sequel before and Heath as the Joker appealed to me before his death as well. I know he's talented so the movie deserves the best :D

Nope. Pineapple Express is being released August 8th! I can't wait!!!!! It looks amazing

my most anticipated are in order of release date:

Speed Racer
Prince Caspian
Indiana Jones 4
Kung Fu Panda
Get Smart
Wall-E
The Dark Knight
Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2

I'm so freakin' stoked for these.

I guess they're trying to do everything in good taste, maybe they'll have another tribute.

I agree. Oscar buzz about Heath's performance started before he passed.

I'm not a huge fan of the superhero movies, so I'll probably wait for those to come to DVD, but Dark Night has me the most intrigued because of Heath Ledger's performance.

Mine would be:

1. The Dark Knight - Because I am a huge Bale fan and eversince I saw the ending of Batman Begins, where the Joker card was revealed, I have been following any news that comes along with the Dark Knight. I even take part of those viral marketing they did. It is so surreal that the movie will be just months to go!
2. Prince Caspian - Mainly because of Ben Barnes, the new guy I am obsessed about these days.
3. Hellboy 2 - What really draws me to watch is the trailer and Del Toro's name.
4. Incredible Hulk - Solely because of Norton. The trailer kind of sucks for me but I'm still watching it because of Norton.
5. Iron Man!!! - I still have not watched it. I heard it is really good
6. Wanted - JAMES MCAVOY! Honestly though the plot seems like The Matrix.
7. Pineapple Express - The trailer really made me laugh out loud!

So The Dark Knight (July 18) is the last to be shown out of the summer movies listed here right? Eek I can't wait!

I've been looking forward to Pineapple Express since I watched the clip on the Superbad DVD at Christmas. It's been a long wait of watching the trailer over and over and listening to MIA. I squealed like a dumbass when I saw Forgetting Sarah Marshall and the trailer played.

The Dark Knight, like everyone else. It has a lot of hype surrounding it (with the insane Internet campaign) and I've been looking forward to it ever since we saw the Joker card in Batman Begins. I'm looking forward to have my mind severely blown.

Tropic Thunder because I love RDJ and I can't wait to see him as a white guy playing a black guy. And movie within a movie, with a cameo by the crazy Tom Cruise, sounds stupid enough to be awesome.

Wanted because of badass Angelina Jolie.

Hamlet 2 because the trailer looks amazing, and "Rock Me Sexy Jesus" is enough to get my ass in the seat.

Hopefully all these will be awesome. I need a summer of awesome.

There was a rumor that the New York Premiere of The Dark Knight would be dedicated to Heath Ledger, and not it's not. I don't get it, why would they not dedicate it to him?

90% of people are most likely going to see it because of Heath's performance. Also Christian Bale of course. But because of the sudden death of Heath, this is his performance that is already getting Oscar buzz! :)

My top 3 too!!
Those I won't miss for sure.
I'm not much into superheroes movies but I think this summer we'll get some good ones.

Nikki, HOW have you never seen Indiana Jones?! Travesty!

Movies I'm most looking forward to this summer:

- Iron Man (I know it's out, but I haven't had a chance to watch it yet, which I haete!)
- Indiana Jones IV
- The Incredible Hulk
- Hancock
- The Mummy III
- Pineapple Express
- Harold and Kumar II
- Tropic Thunder
- Kung Fu Panda
- Wall-E
