Hello, I'm 21 years old and I recently got a job working at a local youth center over the summer. Last year, I worked with 1st graders. This year, my boss put me with 6th graders, which is obviously quite a difference!
I'm looking for any input anyone has (including parents and even you 6th graders out there) on how I should be as a counselor, fun things you like to do, interests, and advice on how to treat, interact, and discipline the 11 and 12 year old campers.
