If you had to reduce your faith down to 5 statements of belief, what would they be?

Also, does anyone know any songs that express the core of the christian faith?

I think your curriculum idea is fine -- but proceed with caution because it could be somewhat dry if you're not careful to present it in ways that address several learning styles and in ways that makes the subject feel relevant to the kids.

The Church spent 400 years arriving at the definitive statement of the Christian faith, which is the Nicene Creed ... and it's a lot longer than 5 statements.

What makes you think you're smarter than the Church?
