Ive come up with chicken wings, quiche lorraine, couscous and salad? Any other suggestions? And also I am hopefully making a summer pudding for dessert
Salmon pithiver: poach a whole salmon (or several salmon fillets) in white wine with black peppercorns and several bay leaves. Leave in cooking stock until cool. When completely cold, remove the skin and place on a sheet of puff pastry . Cook some sliced mushrooms and chopped onions in the fish poaching liquid until soft, add a handful of tarragon and mix well. Spread over the salmon and then place another sheet of puff pastry over the top and seal the edges. Cook at 200 for 20 mins.
