Summer Asthma- unusual for me- any ideas??

i have had asthma for many years recently i have added a menthol nasal inhaler to the equipment on my beRABide war chest and for me it works keeping the back of my throat moist and preventing mucus build up whilst i sleep and so stopping my throat drying up and starting the cough. works for me 2 squirts up each nostril and it helps me through
the night
 
Actually, I know a friend that has an asthma attack during summer and winter. He just do the treatment the doctor gave him and within a week his asthma goes off
