Summer Art Programs Abroad (Germany)?

I'm a Junior (16) in high school and I would like to go to Germany next summer to look at schools/art colleges. I'm interested in graphic design. Are there any art schools that offer summer programs to prospecting students from the U.S? (I was born over there, and I have a passport)

I know Parson's Paris has a program, but is there anything similar in Germany?
