Summer 2010 Hair and Fashion trends?

Heyy :)

I need some tips and stuff on Summer 2010 Hair and fashion trends...
it's summer in Australia btw :D

So, I need a good haircut for next year...
At the moment I have black/dark brown long hair
with choppy layers and side bangs.
(Kind of like a scene cut)

I want a new hairstyle for next year..so any tips?

BTW: I have like tan skin so blonde would defs not suit :P

And I also need some fashion tips.

Must haves,

What should always be in the wardrobe

and cute little tips and extra stuff!

A lot of cropped cuts on the runways so far, pixie cuts and whatnot.

As for clothes. tight tanks with loose off-shoulder tops over, denim shorts and high heel colorful sandals. (think beach city chic)

Also, I think there's gonna be a run for frilly looks, ruffles, light lace pastels and etc.
 
You can always try layers...
I mean, layers gives hair volume.
For a little spicing, you could try crimping it??
And in relations to wardrobe...
BIG bags are in fashion.
