I have an allergy to sulfa drugs, sulfites, and sulfates. My doctors believe I have gastroparesis and want me to go for a gastric emptying study. Before the study they are going to have me eat an egg that has been injected with sulfur colloid. Does anyone know if this might prompt a reaction given my current allergies?
