Hi all,
I've been on here a few times for some other relationship questions and (yup) back again.
I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for the following:
Wife and I are married 10 years with 2 kids (under 10).
When we are alone I've been trying to get her in the mood with touching, suggestive comments and offers to play the 'adult version' of card games to get things going. But so far she has refused citing a variety of reasons (good book-already read, good movie-already seen, tired, "house needs cleaning", etc)
I've done some reading about low libido and I am doing quite a bit to have her feel less tired - extra house work, extra running with the kids when asked, etc.
I'm starting to doubt my efforts and really wondering if 'the dead horse/sexy questions' should continue to arise or shall I leave it alone and wait for her to ask for my 'sexual services'. (?)
(And to be quite honest - I'm actually getting pretty tired of getting passed over for other stuff.)
(Pretty sure the last time we had intimacy (on any level) was before Thanksgiving 2010.)
Question: Is there a better way to get the lack-of-intimacy back on track??
Thanks,
