Suggestions for Unlocked NAM 3G phones

I've decided to switch to at&t and my current CDMA phones... well they obviously won't work. Coverage isn't an issue where I travel so I'm pretty set much on the carrier.

I want to avoid signing contracts so I have no issue buying unlocked (preferably unbranded) phones.

Here is the criteria for 2 phones:
  • Quadband GSM with NAM 3G [HSPA 3.6Mbps or higher]
  • GPS (A-GPS, doesn't matter)
  • Excellent reception (GSM isn't exactly usable at -150dB+)
  • US Warranty [required from manufacturer, not retailer]
  • Form factor doesn't matter
  • QWERTY [if you can find it... I've had trouble finding non-smartphone QWERTY in unlocked phones]
  • Unbranded + Unlocked
  • These two phones are for my parents so keep the price low (< $250)

My phone:
  • Quadband GSM with NAM 3G [HSPA 3.6 or higher]
  • GPS + WiFi (integrated please)
  • Excellent reception
  • US Warranty [required from manufacturer, not retailer]
  • Form factor doesn't matter
  • QWERTY [required :D ]
  • Unbranded + Unlocked
  • Smartphone OS [No Android; Windows Mobile preferred]
  • Price range: < $500

I've tried searching around MobileCityOnline and CellHut but they're always lacking NAM 3G or they're imports with no US warranty or the handset is ridiculously old. I'm reluctant to purchase anything from Ebay [but I'm not completely against it so if you do find something, please say so] because of the many horror stories and I personally don't have time for Craigslist meetings. I've looked all over and I can't find anything that fits, so I figured people here might know.

Help me! :crying:

I know this is very... uhm... picky, so if anybody can't find anything I won't mind. I can wait.

your choices are not really that hard you know..
If i were you, i would have alook at :

1) Nokia N900 (has US warranty + NAM 3G for tmobile only ?, not sure yet)
2) iPhone 3GS
3) Google nexus one
4) motorola droid milestone (when Telus from Canada will get it, it will support NAM 3G)
5) Blackberry Bold 9700, Storm II

here also, i made the specific search for you : http://www.gsmarena.com/results.php...nes=0&sColor=&StandBy=0&TalkTime=0&sFreeText=

Yes I've already done that and I don't want a blackberry or an android phone (like I already said) and iPhone is not for me. I'm going to use AT&T so the N900 is not going to be an option unfortunately.
